New Integrations: Miro Boards & Trello Cards
Two new integrations give visual teams more ways to track incidents — create sticky notes on a Miro board or cards on a Trello list whenever a monitor changes state.
We've added two more integrations to the MyMonitor365 notifications stack: Miro and Trello.
The Miro integration creates a sticky note on a board of your choice when a monitor goes down, and a second note when it recovers. This is particularly useful for teams that use Miro as a shared workspace or incident war room — you get a visual, chronological record of outages directly on the board your team is already working in.
The Trello integration creates a card on a specified Trello list when a monitor changes state. You can direct down events and recovery events to different lists if your workflow benefits from that separation — for example, an "Active Incidents" list and a "Resolved" list.
Setting up either integration takes about two minutes. For Miro, you'll need an OAuth access token and your Board ID (the last segment of the board URL). For Trello, you'll need an API key, a token, and the ID of the target list (found by appending .json to the board URL).
Both integrations join Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, Zapier, and Pushbullet in the integrations panel under My Team → Integrations. All integration credentials are stored encrypted.
