Introducing the Team Plan — You Asked, We Delivered

May 13, 20263 min read

A new $50/month Team plan lands between Pro and Enterprise — 250 monitors, 5 users, 30-second intervals, and 365-day retention. Built entirely from user feedback.

When we launched subscription tiers earlier this year, we heard the same piece of feedback over and over: the jump from Pro to Enterprise was too big. Teams that had outgrown Pro's 3-user, 100-monitor ceiling weren't ready for a full Enterprise contract — they just needed a little more room to grow. You spoke, we listened.

Introducing the Team plan — $50/month, available today. Here's what it includes:

250 monitors — more than double the Pro limit, enough to cover a multi-environment infrastructure stack without hitting a ceiling every time you onboard a new service.

5 users — bring in your on-call rotation, a DevOps lead, and a client contact without asking anyone to share a login.

30-second check intervals — faster than Pro, matching Enterprise. You'll know about an outage in seconds, not minutes.

200 SMS credits per month — double the Pro allowance, so your team can rely on text alerts for critical monitors without rationing them.

365-day data retention — a full year of response-time history and incident records. Quarterly reviews, annual SLA reports, and long-term trend analysis all become straightforward with a complete dataset at your disposal.

The Team plan sits cleanly between Pro and Enterprise on the Pricing page. If you're already on Pro and find yourself bumping against the monitor or user limits, upgrading takes less than two minutes from the Subscription page inside the app — no support ticket needed.

We also used this release to refresh the broader plan matrix. The Personal plan now includes 25 monitors (up from 5) so solo users and small projects have more room without paying anything. Pro moves up to 100 monitors. Enterprise is now $150/month with 500 monitors, 15 users, unlimited SMS, and white-label report exports.

Feedback like this is how we make MyMonitor365 better. If there's something else you'd like to see — a feature, a monitor type, an integration — the Feature Request form is available. We will always follow up with you.
